Gilded Cage - Hotohori I hate the playlist on this one. I'm not completely sure why, but I think it's horrible. The rest of it isn't bad, though. I believe this is the first skin I did a balance bar for. |
| For His Sake - Soi This image is the other half of the image used to make the other Soi skin. This one didn't come out nearly as well, partially because I forgot what I wanted to do with the playlist, stopped being really interested, and then just took the playlist from the other skin. Soi, however, still deserves skins, so here it is. |

For Whose Sake? - Seiryuu I'm not actually sure why I'm putting this skin up. It was an interesting idea to make a skin of Seiryuu, and this was the only image I had of him. The follow through, however, was not my best. The playlist, for example, was stolen almost completely from another skin, as you can tell by the fact that the title is the only piece of text on it in the correct font. On the other hand, I am fond of the control buttons. |
| To Find him Again - Haku Kaen Soi has always been one of my favorite Seiryuu characters. Her background and almost obssessive loyalty to Nakago - who doesn't seem interested half the time - are so sad. I believe I read it on a webpage somewhere, but it's quite true, that for a character with so much magic power - control over lightning and electricity, as well as knowing sex magic - she has remarkably little power over her own life. This is another case of a playlist I'm actually pleased with, for the most part. |

From Fire & Water - Chichiri
and Tasuki While these are my favorite characters from Fushigi Yuugi, this isn't a skin I would have done on my own. It's much too busy to really be what I consider good. It was made because Jen requested it. Despite questionable picture quality and the fact that the buttons are very hard to see, it came out rather decently. I'm particularly fond of the equalizer - which was my second working equalizer. Using one of the beads for a button was - to toot my own horn - a rather clever idea. |
| When Dreams Fail - Yuuki Miaka This skin is one of my early ones and was done before I really started playing with all the options I had for buttons and effects, and you can tell. I tried putting in a line for the position bar to slide along, but it's only one pixel high and that's just not enough for a full sized bar. Even if it were my current standard size of six pixels, the line wouldn't be right. Beyond that, I don't have a line for the volume bar to slide on, so it's just kind of hanging out. Despite it's pinkness, I'm still rather fond of this skin, though. |
